Peer-to-Peer Matching Program

Regarding Cancer volunteers offer one-on-one emotional support to individuals who are currently experiencing cancer. Matches are based on a variety of criteria including cancer site, treatments, age and gender.  Support is most often done via telephone although some matches communicate by email while others get together in person.

Oncology Center Visitation Program

Regarding Cancer volunteers visit with cancer patients and their families at participating oncology centers, to offer emotional support and information about community resources during infusion treatments. Oncology center volunteers also inform patients and their families of the many ways Regarding Cancer and its volunteers can be of service to them.
